Our Fish

At Rogue Valley Fresh Seafood, our fish is always wild caught and delivered fresh daily 6 days a week. All fresh fish has had a mercury and iodine test at the processor before the fish is even cut. This test is required by the USDA for all fresh products. At Rogue Valley Fresh Seafood. we want to give you and your family the very freshest and best fish on a daily basis. At Rogue Valley Fresh Seafood we have our fish delivered within 48 hours of leaving the fishing boat. Our fish goes direct from the boat to the processor to Rogue Valley Fresh Seafood. We also get fresh clams, mussels, oysters, prawns and scallops daily and dungeness crab when available.
